In an attempt to work in tandem with DIGITAL INDIA mission, eOffice for Technology Information, Forecasting and Assessment Council (TIFAC), an autonomous body under the Department of Science & Technology (Govt. of India) was launched on November 04, 2020 by Prof. Ashutosh Sharma, Secretary-DST.TIFAC is the first autonomous institute of DST to have entered into e-platform for providing a faceless, contactless and paperless administration. The launch of the application marks a fundamental change in internal office procedures that have been far based on manual handling of files and paper movement.

The e-Office application, developed by the National Informatics Centre (NIC), would  help improve governance by automating the internal processes of handling files,  enhance transparency, increase accountability, assure data security & integrity, promote innovation by releasing staff energy and time from unproductive procedures and transform the government work culture and functional ethics. Over 100 TIFAC officers and staff would use this application. The eoffice url is www.eofficetifac.org.in.

We take pride in our work which is not only exemplary among our peers but surely rewarding to our technical minds.
